M.A., Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT (132438), APCC (11646), CSO & Co-Founder of The Relationship Institute.

Parva Nouri is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder of the Relationship Institute, where she provides therapy both in person and online. With a unique background that spans law, journalism, and psychology, Parva’s journey into mental health began after earning a law degree. She later moved into media, working as a journalist and radio/TV host, where she focused on women’s and human rights issues. Through her writing and public engagement, she developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals’ well-being and empowerment.

Her extensive experience includes supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals dealing with trauma, adolescents navigating stress, and families striving to strengthen their connections. Her work in school districts honed her focus on helping children, teenagers, and parents build resilience and emotional awareness. In her practice, she draws on her training in mindfulness, art therapy, and hypnotherapy (QHHT and PQHT), offering a well-rounded, integrative approach to healing.

Specializing in Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, Parva offers clients creative, evidence-based tools to help them express emotions, manage stress, and develop practical coping skills. She strives to create a nurturing, safe space where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and thrive.

After finding her true calling in mental health, Parva and Dr. Afarin Rajaei joined to establish the Relationship Institute, a place dedicated to fostering emotional growth, healing, and lasting change for each client Parva serves.
